Gmpp Dual Rear Exit Performance Exhaust Clearance

Will the GMPP dual rear exit performance exhaust system fit with both the spare tire and factory hitch? I have a 2003 Silverado extended cab and it's GM PART # 17802152 if that's any help. Any pics?

Yes, works with factory hitch and works with factory spare. Only GMT900's do not accomodate spare. 2003 's should be just fine.
