ecotec 1.8l and engine upgrades

Hello All!
Does anybody have any info on tuning a 1.8l ecotec, in an opel vectra GTS 05
All the help is appreciated.

All I know is that is puts out 138hp and 129lbs feet of torque. Its supposed to get 4% better gas mileage too. I hope someone else on the boards has more technical details for you.

I know the Saab 9-3 has a turbo 1.8L ECOTEC with 155 HP

For a long time, it's been a Europe only engine for a while.

GM should bring it over here as an option for the Aveo.

Not in the US it doesn't. 2.0T for the states in various trim levels.

what are you looking for???
I have the new astra that saturn makes and it has the 1.8 ecotec. But there's really not a hole lot for it yet, it really sucks!!
I'd love to find cold air intake and lots more. maybe have to buy from Europe i guess???
