Custom bushings?

I'd love to put some polyurethane or even aluminum subframe bushings on my 2000 Grand Prix, but no one makes them. Is it possible to have someone custom make them for me at reasonable cost? (I know "reasonable" is a relative term, but the car is worth like $3500, so obviously nothing excessive.)

Re: Custom bushings?

Oh yeah, not expensive. Nobody at all makes poly bushings for a Grand Prix? Surely there must be someone...

aluminium bushings are easily made but I think you would have problems with it, too hard and it wears everything. Poly is best

Re: Custom bushings?

ZZP might know. Clubgp doesn't seem to know. There really aren't all that many people who have thought of really stiffening our cars (with good reason, as it's a doomed mission ).
