Creaking through turns after strut install

I installed new struts and springs on my GP last weekend. Ride and handling are good, but I'm now hearing a creaking sound when I steer at low speeds. It's very similar to the sound tires make when turning on a smooth surface (as in a parking garage). My mounts and bearings are all new, so I don't think they're the cause. My new springs are lower, but not by much - I don't the car sits much differently than it did on its old, sagging OEM struts and springs.

So, did I assemble these wrong or did I somehow damage my axles during the install?

You didn't do anything wrong and the creaking will go away. I had the same thing happen to me on my GP. Give it a couple of weeks and all should be well.

Re: Creaking through turns after strut install

Have you had the TSB done for the shocks / Stut Bump Caps? They will probably do that if you take it to the dealer and that might fix it.
