4T65 Transmission Dipstick Tube in a 4T60?

Well I'm planning on getting some headers in the future, and I'm rounding up some parts I will need. Anyway I have the chance to acquire a 99 GTP dipstick tube which is apparently necessary to give clearance with the headers. My only question is if it will work with the '96 Riv's 4T60 trans vs the 4T65 for the GTP. Anyone know?

Hey, mines the 4T60-HD Plus i stay burnout-free, since heat seems to be the main cause of 4T60 failure. Plus I've been told that the dipstick tube works so woooo!

Nope I'm rolling with SSautochromes, the SLP knockoff. $300 for a new set ain't bad.
