Re: 2008 Saturn Vue Green Line is golden

(From the article..............This technology doesn't cost an arm-and-leg; the total price of my tester was $24,795, and it came with a load of desirable features.)

Where does this guy get that price from?
The Vue Green Line starts at $26,000
Am I missing something?

Or the Aura GL which is ~1000lbs lighter and gets the same mileage

The base price WAS $24,795 until it actually hit dealers. In fact, KBB still has $24,795 listed as the base MSRP.

Well thats a mistake, smaller & (theoretically)lighter would be much better with a smaller DI v6 getting 32 mpg...for shame I have to wait 4 years.

I agree - this is an example of GM dropping the ball. They spent all that money on the Lambdas, made them nice and large, and it didn't occur to them to leave space for the two mode hybrid system??
