On-topic, this looks like a "concept" any half-way decent mechanic could have done in it's garage. Full moons are cool, but look ridiculous on this Toyota, or any other modern vehicle, save the HHR or PT Cruiser.

Reminds me of Wayne and Garth's AMC Pacer with flames painted on it in the movie "Wayne's World".

Re: SEMA 09: Toyota Tundra Hot Rod
There is no sense to this... can somebody actually give me a good example of a Toyooota Hot Rod? Toyoota and Hot Rod just doesn't sound right... and, this is an example that it doesn't look right either!

Just like when America tries the reverse right?

Re: SEMA 09: Toyota Tundra Hot Rod
Apparently, you're the only hater here. You should get over it. No one else brought out the hate except you. If you've got some comments to heap on that POS, by all means join in. If you sadly think that pos is something special, by all means cry your heart out over the lack of respect it's never going to get. Whether Toyota donated, sold or forced it on the hapless owner at gunpoint, that half-assed truck is trying really hard to be something that it never was and never will be.

Guess you can't read too well, no surprise actually. I probabley should not have used the word "hate", "ignorant" is a better word. ![]() The truck looks awful, but if you think ANY new truck would look good with this "style", you are out of your mind.

Re: SEMA 09: Toyota Tundra Hot Rod
That thing is ugly as sin. And exactly what "heritage" are they talking about. Toyota is the polar opposite of everything good about American hot-rodding.

It doesn't work with me. And calling yourself ignorant only lowers your self-esteem. I quoted you word for word so don't try to apologize after the fact. The other poster was right on target, offered an opinion, and you brought hate into the conversation. It's quite clear. Pure and simple. You're a wannabe hater.
