Why Lamborghini! Why!!!! Why do all of these sports car legends have to make vehicles like this. Sedans and SUV's do not belong with Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, etc. It's just doing long term damage to the brands. Sure, it will take some time but vehicles like this chip away at the brand image bit by bit.

Oh please. Lamborghini could not survive making $300,000 2 seat pimpmobiles. That is why it is owned by Volkswagen ("People's car"). Prior to the Countach, Lamborghini had a history of making elegant front-engined GTs. If this car changes Lamborghini's brand image, it only will be for the better, because right now, this is its image:

Im going to have to agree. I admit, I think it looks pretty good (although the front facia reminds me of the ENZO), but it doesnt belong. Like I still think its stupid that Porshce makes an SUV.

I've seen that back end b4.

Anyone remember the Chrysler/Lambo 4-door concept from 1987?

Look at Porsche. They sell more of the stupid Tourag SUV thingy than 911s.

This is going to be a real license to print money for Lambo. Suddenly a Lambo could be considered almost 'practical' - you could see corporate types buying a Lambo and not just NFL stars.

Yes, it will 'dilute' the Lambo name - but not before they've had year after year of cash registers making the 'cha ching' sound.

This is the kind of flagship Pontiac could be making.
People might actually pay $35,000 for something that looked like this, but with an ohv V8, Mcpherson struts and cheap 'zeta' underpinnings.

This is what the Camaro could have been - a 'segment' buster four door coupe. But instead the traditional fanboys supplied Kool Aid for GM to drink, so we'll getting a concept that is 40 years old.

You're just asking the question because you never had to put a baby seat on a Murciélago.

Seriously, I agree with you but Lamborghini thinks there's is enough people with too much money and too little brain to pass by.

Here's the original Lambo:

It even run on biodiesel, just for HoosierRon.

Ad another set of doors and those crazy lambo air intakes and we have this (acording to my GF, I see it a little):

I see a touch of the first Aurora in the front end.

Re: Paris Preview: four-door Lamborghini Estoque unofficially revealed!

If they make this car, it will ruin Lamborghini. Mark my words.

Lamborghinis are over-the-top, overpowered, overstyled sports cars, ie 2 doors no back seat. Give something like this to Audi, instead of the inbred R8. Lambo's are not SUV's, they are not 4 seaters and they certainly don't have 4 doors.

On top of all that, this concept is butt-ugly. Unforgivable.

Amateur, cynical, opportunistic, you know the Porsche will be good and the Aston will be beautiful, but this? = ordinary.

That's the exact thing I thought when I saw the Lambo concept too. BTW that Charger concept was way ahead of its time as far as the "modern/retro" look and it was powered by CNG (compressed natural gas).

Oh, and for all those complaining about Porsche making an SUV, Lamborghini already made one back in the '80's. It was called the LM002 and was made from 1986 to 1993.

Here's a link that shows many past models of Lamborghini that don't fit the stereotype:

Re: Paris Preview: four-door Lamborghini Estoque unofficially revealed!

With some Reventon type headlamps this thing would be too hot to handle. I don't think any brand can afford to produce only one type of car anymore. I do see a lot of the current Charger in this car from some angles though which could ruin it. It certainly looks better than what I've seen of the Panamera, but nothing will touch the beaty of the Rapide. Still I say bring it on, this car is much closer to the sports philosophy of Lamborghini than Porsche with its Cayenne.
