Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

oh dear god...

at least the interior looks good. if i were going to have one, it'd have to have really, really dark tinted windows, though.

I like that chop removing most of the above grille chrome.
It does look quite different to the equinox and has the new standard GM interior.
I'd consider.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

Sorry but the interior looks the same as any other GM car premiered within the past year. That and too much chrome, aside from that it isn't too bad of an SUV.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

All GM crossovers while attractive have an SUV like boxy structure. The key should be to make crossovers look as un-SUV like as possible to lure in fuel efficiency conscious buyers. Are there any GM crossovers that have profiles similar to the Q5, Q7, X6, RX, FX35/45 ???

Most people cant tell the difference between a BOF SUV and the Acadia/Terrain. To them if it looks like an SUV, is big like an SUV.....

The Terrain looks like a mini Escalade.

I really like it. It gives a hint of what the new GMC is like.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

I guess it won't do any good for me to swear up and down how much I hate it. So... IMO, I don't care for it one bit. No, I've gotta swear a little. That's ****ing disgusting.

^I feel a little better. But I'm still pissed. That's terrible.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

What a waste of development money. I certainly don't see anything "professional grade" is this PoS. Hopefully this will be canned with the rest of the useless GMC in the bankruptcy.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

I'm not diggin' it at this time. It might grow on me, but something about the exterior looks like it's just a bunch of parts all tacked on. I prefer the 'Nox for sure.

Re: NYIAS 09: 2010 GMC Terrain

The Horror... The Horror...

I hope I never see one of these on the road. ever. If this is the best they can come up with they really need to evaluate themselves. I should assume that should GMC live through GM BK (big if) they would want to do a post mortem on this project and find out where it all went so horribly wrong. GM was on such a roll too (G8, Malibu, Acadia, Equinox, CTS, SRX, LaCrosse, Enclave, Traverse, Cruze etc) and then this.
