Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
25 less hp and 50 less peak torque for the new 3.0? Is it just me, or should the 3.0 get more than 1mpg better than the 3.6 with that much of a difference in power??

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
I love the look of this car. Beautiful inside and out.
Can anyone tell if it has a headrest in the rear center seat at all? I won't get my hopes up. I'd hate to think how bad they'd be had they not done the "emergency redesign"! I Rule #1 for GM needs to be make every design so good there is no emergency to worry about. Probably what you meant.

This Buick is amazing! I'm very impressed, love how the rear of the car flows with the rest of the body.
Why doesn't the Malibu do the same???![]() Anyways, every line on this car is gorgeous...I'd happily buy one if I were in the market. My Dad will also be impressed I'm sure. |

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
I'd like to see the new Astra. Quite a challenge for it to be an appropriate compact Buick. Much more of a design challenge than LaCrosse in my opinion. Tons of sketches on internet, but don't know if I should trust any and anyway small details matter a lot. GM apparently hasn't 'leaked' teaser photos. Only a video with some heavily camouflaged cars running around.

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
Is it me or does the side profile look a little bit like the Lexus GS?
Other than that, this car is absolutely gorgeous. Well done, GM.

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
All I have to say is that this car is what Buick should be. A new Regal combined with the Enclave should give Buick stronger sales and a strong image.
I look forward to hearing about pricing and a release date. |

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
Why can I see this thing getting an Impala tatoo on it's ass in a year or two??
Very nice! I love the interior most of all!

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
Ed Welburn was just showing the Lacrosse on the Today Show. He wouldn't give a price range, but said the competition is $25-35k. Looks like they'll also unveil a new Beat, apparently for production.

Re: NAIAS 09: 2010 Buick LaCrosse
Beauftiful car, but where is the 4-cyl, hybrid or E-85 model? I would have thought GM was smart enough to realize they needed atleast one of the three in todays market place, especially with the Government loan.
