NAIAS 08: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
NAIAS 08: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
www.gminsidenews.com Short Take: Sporting the signature Cadillac V-Series grille with body modifications such as revised rocker panels and fascias, the new CTS-V is not just looks. Under the hood is a new 6.2L LSA Supercharged V8 pumping out 550 HP and 550 lb.-ft. of torque. The LS8 engine is a detuned version of the recently-revealed LS9 Small-Block from the Corvette ZR1. It also has factory-installed Bluetooth, which will migrate to the entire CTS line for 2009--like all GM products for 2009. **Photos SOON** ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (PRESS RELEASE) Want More? This thing is going to make people take a second look ... this is truly a four-door Z06.

Re: NAIAS Detroit: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
So a CTS-V with a paddle shifting automatic...this will boost sales for sure. I wonder now that GM has the ZR1 out there will Chevy offer this new automatic in the Z06.

Re: NAIAS Detroit: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
so where are all the naysayers now? No Ultra V8, no DOHC, blah blah blah!!!
We don't need no stinking 4 cams, just cubic inches and lots of HP and Torque! |
