I'll buy the side of the hood, but heat rises so side of the fenders wouldn't be as effective unless really high up and then they look kinda odd...given the sweep down the side if they did put them on the fender you would have to follow that sweep or it would look really out of place with conflicting angles and all...problem is the sweep heads down and back so that would really screw up the fender area...LOL Side of the hood would look good too, but I personally don't mind them on the top either.

Ya, that's why I said it wouldn't work on the side of these fenders, the angles just don't work out right. But traditionally Buick put them on the fenders.

Agreed, and there could be other issues at work too..side of the hood would be nice but where are the hood hinges located?? Stuff like that...guess we'll just have to see what happens...

I don't think that matters much. Even if they are functional, their functionality will be minimal at best. And they work alright on the Enclave, like I said before. They just need to be slid over a slight bit from where theyare.
