Re: Beijing 2008: Geely GC Concept

From the rear it is a nice car but the front needs some work. On another note why are so many companies moving upscale?

Re: Beijing 2008: Geely GC Concept

Not if you mean the Teana I was in last week. Are there different Teanas?
That drilled cross bar looks strange to me but it may be something Chinese like and lets face it if you were exporting this it would be a soda to change.
Isnt marvelous though. They try something new and get criticised - if they dont they are acused of copying. If this car is a copy then I havent seen anything here that its copied from. I think the badge looks more like something from a 50s Packard or other "lost brand' than Porsche.
Does anyone know what sort of engine it is supposed to have. If its a V6 then maybe it has enough room for the pedestrian regs. I would hope you would need it to be any higher than that -if so we can look forward to dreadful design to cope with it.
As for the model -there are plenty like that. The last thing they need is a cheeseburger. I have a young lady sitting across from me who does some modelling and she would certainly give the young lady above a run for her money on looks -most pleasant!
