***Mühldorfer Stadtplatz Classic Car Show (Part 1)***

I got a few more pics of the annual Mühldorfer Stadtplatz Classic Car Show which happened about two months ago. I just take my time posting these pics because I am a lazy ass...

We begin with a pimped out Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Why do people do these horrendous modifications to lovely cars like this?

A couple of European classics including a Neckar Spezial (first car)

Ford Mustang Mach 1

NSU TTS

Mercedes-Benz "Pagoda" SL

Mercedes-Benz 419 Bus

1966/67 Opel Rekord Coupe "Typ B"

Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3-16. Friggin sexy.

Bertone / Fiat X1/9

NSU TTS and another Mercedes-Benz "Pagoda" SL

Citroen 2CV

Fiat 500 and Opel Kadett Coupe "Typ B"

I didn't check the back, but this might be a Buick Skylark I think...

Pontiac Bonneville: probably the biggest car at this show!

Mercedes-Benz W114 Coupe

END OF PART I

Looks like a nice town to live in cawimmer - I may have to visit next time I'm on holiday

Mustang captured my attention - stunning condition. I want it.

So too the Rekord Coupé - wasn't even aware those existed!

Keep the nice pictures coming!

Probably because they aren't really lovely - the downsized coupes of the late 1970s look rather "improper" to me... The Mustang is classic though!

Keep the pics coming, Christian

Awesome pics! I love the x1/9.

We need more cobblestone streets in the U.S.

Thanks Tom.

It's alright here. The town is pretty provincial but there are lot of cool places to visit. What you must see if you visit this area is Burghausen: the longest castle in Europe and about 30 minutes away from my place! Here are a couple of HDR shots I took recently.

Thanks Bravada.

Well I love those American landyachts from the 1960s and especially the 1970s! I thought that Monte Carlo was hot.

Thanks.

I think that Monte Carlo was "ruined" with the addition of these modifications. What a waste.

LOL @ the cobblestone comment. Those are courtesy of the Medieval period!
