Drift Race Round 1: Long Beach

I just got home from the drift race. once again, it was a blast. watching the cars get close with the back ends coming out is so much fun. I should get a lot more pictures than i did from the race at irwindale. as for Rhys Millen and his Solstice GXP, that thing is hooked. It handles great and is very fast. Unforutuanatly he did not make it to the final 4 because the guy he was racing, Dai Yoshihara and his silvia, did kinda of a cheap block move, because the GXP is so damn fast. I will get the first batch of pictures in a few days, and the next batch alot later.

and also, there will be a Saturn Sky competing in the next round. Its driven by Ben Schwartz, for the Falken Motorsports team. its looks really good.

i will. this time there will be over 100, so I think I should have one of those picture folder things.

and also, another big surprise at the race was a Porsche 993 GT2. and also there was a pink supra, of course modified, that was just parked, i dont know if it made the cut or if it was just there. but anyways, as we were leaving, we saw that pink supra crashed into a tree, in some lawn. it was pretty funny, not sure what happened, but i just thought it was glorious

I loved seeing it on the Pontiac Test Drive on SpeedTV. They did an awesome shot of it passing the 2 stock GXP's drifting around the outside captured by a camera car in front... it made for beautiful effect.

If it's easier, send them to me through e-mail: michitakem@yahoo.com

I can upload something like 10 at a time to the GMI media gallery.

You can also register for a free account at www.Snapfish.com They have a decent tool for uploading several photos at the same time. And you'll get some free prints out of the deal for nothing.

You can then "share the album" with me at my e-mail address above - or anyone else. And then they get 10 free prints if they sign up or something tied to the photos you sent on top of the 20-odd free prints they already get for signing up.

I think Yahoo! Photos has the same thing. My mother uses that all the time to send batches of photos to me.
