Gale Banks uses Duramax to break 8-second barrier in 1/4 mile.

I would love to see how much boost they are pumping through that thing. I saw it run in one youtube video and it didn't have nearly the black smoke that are customary with most diesel 1/4 mile runs.

I'm no tree hugger but for some reason when I see one of these diesels run the 1/4 mile it make me cringe watching that massive plume of black smoke follow the truck down the track.
