Amend your comment: The Camaro Concept still looks awesome...

After the viewing the spy pics of the mule, the jury is out as to how close the production version is going to mirror the Concept. The mule photos seemed to mimmick rather than mirror the concept.

Since I already have a GM car with the Red Jewel I will go with Ink Slate since there will be 75,000 black ones the first year.

So you basically want it MURDERED out...lol...sweet

I do want mine in yellow. Then i'll be able hopefully put some carbon fiber on the hood and roof to shed some pounds, and maybe even take the back spoiler off the new ZR-1. Though i would have to trim it and put some nice Volk rims on it with a nice BIG TURBO and some sticky tryes. HUH........ IM FEELING HAPPY ALREADY.

My guess is they may wait to issue different colors once they see it fit. It does cost money to have countless colors. When maybe not every color will be a hit. It would be a waste of time and money. Though they could have more color's ready when the Vert hits, you never know.

I was hoping for the same bright blue met. that was popular on the '69 with white stripes.

Re: In what color would you like your Camaro...

Mocha Bronze Metallic??? I don't think so. Not even GM would offer such an ugly color for the Camaro. And the Imperial Blue's not going to look good either. The Dark tarnished silver might. I would also like to see a dark grey... maybe that's what that slate color is supposed to be, but it sure doesn't come across well on my monitor. GM's red is way too orange as is their yellow. I would do a cool orange as others have said--you know it would be popular and look damn good with racing stripes (or maybe one stripe???). Also, where is white???

My personal choice would be either the dark grey, or the blue that the ZR-1 press photos have from a week or so ago. Probably the dark grey though. Then some nice chrome wheels... dark tinted windows... a polished aluminum and black bow-tie (blue if I get a blue one)... and a very loud exhaust for starters. Oh, and black leather seats with some dark grey accents inside. Wait a minute, I'm not getting one. I'm getting a ZR-1. Uh-huh.

THANK YOU... i do think that GM may not go with the rally stripes for one good reason and i may be wrong but time will tell. When you look at the picture above what do you see. A very well done and thought out paint scheme. It isn't interupted by big racing stripes to make people notice you. I think everyone will notice you. Though not by that but the engine. The thing is one person hated your choice of paint. I do think he doesnt speak for everyone and I can say i actually like it. Im 18 and like it... who would of thought. The 1969 Camaro had one paint scheme that was a purple but more like a burgundy. Though only 2 were made to my knowledge with that paint. It is now worth Major Money. It is called the consumer and GM listen to us once and they will do it again.

OH WAIT i THINK YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT ON YOUR ZR-1..... atleast alittle while. If having things like polished bow-ties is your thing fine. I would love to see the picture of your baby in the sunlight. The ZR-1 IS A BEAUTY. I would rather have a turbo yellow/black Camaro with more power than two of the new ZR-1's. Along with a nice psssssssss sound form the engine. Thats my personal choice.
