I gotta say, I don't know if I should be impressed with GM's unusually fast actions in this market (though I challenge them to throw a rear seat armrest in the mix) or disappointed with Toyota's complacency.....or a little bit of both.

Either way, if they can come out with a stunning car that can't easily be answered with a freshened Accord and will completely upstage the next Camry (which is due in 2011/2012), then I'll honestly be very impressed....not only with the car, but with GM as a company.

Hopefully they'll use some of that government loan money to fund more cutting edge safety and fuel saving technology and get even farther ahead of the pack.
