Since its launch in 2011, the Chrysler 200 has steadily carved out a strong foothold among the competing mid-sized sedans in its class. For that, there are several reasons. Combining sophisticated design and quality craftsmanship with exceptional value is one reason. Not resting on our laurels from model year to model year is another.

Ever intent on adding value, we’ve made a few key changes to the 2013 Chrysler 200 lineup. Most significantly, we’re transitioning the “S” from its own model and making it available as an interior/exterior package for the 200 Limited. In doing so, we preserve the visually striking features that make the “S” popular with consumers—the 18-inch polished aluminum wheels, the black grille and headlamps, the heated leather seats, the unique instrument cluster, and so on—but we also make it more affordable, dropping the price to one we think is going to please.

Exterior Package (available for Limited, Touring 3.6L, and Touring 2.4L)

■Body color door handles and mirrors
■Black fog lamp bezels

This has to be one of the most improved cars out there, but it still needs a major update for the body. The interior, chassis, engines, and features are all competitive but it's wrapped in old clothes that were recently altered but are still out of date.

A V6 200/Avenger or 2012 Impala used have to be the super hot rod bargains of today. I mean where else can you buy a car that does 6 seconds 0-60 or so for less than 14K?

Had a 200 rental, and it's actually quite nice looking up-close-and-personal. At night, I mistook it for an Audi A4

Is there any aftermarket forced induction for the 3.6l yet? This thing is already a screamer and now that pretty much every Chrysler vehicle comes with it the market must be big.

A nice white 200 V6 with base wheels would be an ideal FI candidate, slap an Enterprise sticker on the back and it's endless torque steering amusement.

,IM hearing th 2014 200 Resembles a Audi in the Rear with more detail, has the darts green house just longer, and darts simular front design, with Chrysler details, if this new 200 looks better than Lincolns attempt at a midsize luxury sedan, then its a wrap for Lincoln.

The rear tail lights look like that of an Audi a lot more detail in the rear than an Audi though! Wait till you see it... it will be nothing like Chrysler has done before. Remember, green house of Dart, front end styling and fog lights similar to Dart, and dramatic profile lines on the side.
