Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
They need to come up with a whole new design, not just a refresh. The current desing is getting a little long in the tooth.

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
The 300C isn't a gangsters-mobile. Its' two platform mates the Magnum and Charger are as you see them in many videos.

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
Your not the only one who thinks that. Sergio Marchione apparently didn't like it either and according to sources has ordered a redesign for the front and rear ends. That's why the new 300C/charger hasn't appeared yet in tester form. Last I heard the new Durango is still a go as is and should be appearing in the winter when it begins testing. But Personally I expect the 300C/Charger to appear in the wild sometime next year

The 300c has great styling (current) and one can argue that it has aged well, much more than say an impala. I love both cars dont get me wrong but ya'll gotta stop doggen on chrysler designs especially when it has proven itself in popularity, chrysler designs have a different class feel and its just great. 300c on page 1 looks sickly, i love that imperial too!

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
Ever since I was a kid, I promised myself someday I would own an Imperial. I remember that concept and with some freshening it could be done if finances permit. Chrysler is the only company which will offer RWD full sized vehicles so I believe it's a market that can't lose.
The Charger is my favorite F/S design, but the Challenger my conquest! ![]()

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
Probably the only car on my future list.
Some people on the Chrysler 300 forums complained about this design, but I like it. At least it still looks like a 300, same body shape, profile and all. If the 2011 Grand Cherokee is any indication the new 300 should be great. Produce the 200C and Chrysler will have something going for it again. Maybe even produce the Imperial, since Hyundai is bringing out the Equus...and voila.

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
I haven't seen that picture before, but it does look similar to the 300C image released in Chrysler's "Viability Plan" to the government.

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
Front is okay but the rest will fall short. It needs the FINS from '57 AND the new 392 they have been working on (the '57 also had a famous 392 hemi that was and still is used by many dragsters). This style would make a nice wagon if they don't add fins and the wheels are nice but Cheapo will not use them, of course.............. Chrysler is also falling very short with the number of gears in their trans. I read they are considering an eight-speed auto. Sure........ Right........ Un-huh.........

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300C
When mrs. mak first saw a 300C (SRT8 no less) she said it looked like an old mans car. I lol'd.
Seriously though, as Buick61 said, it has saved Chrysler's bacon (to some extent). There is little in the way of competition, so keeping it fresh should be a no brainer, they just need to eek out some extra efficiency.
