2011 Chrysler 300 mule spotted

I've been following the progress of this mule for awhile, and now it's been spotted in the Flesh for the first time ever and I'm actually familiar with this mule because I have seen it in one of the storage lots at CTC (thats hard for me to shoot a good shot)

Did you notice anything different under the camo? It looks very similar to a current one, unless they just have the new grille under there and the current headlights tacked on. The 2011 is supposed to have LED headlights is why I ask...

Are they trying to disguise it as a Pontiac or something?

I think that its theirs or they planned on having it before the Fiat deal.

I like the mention of the chassis getting a "heavy rework".

I can't really see a difference between the current model's styling and this one.

What a bitch-slap to all of the naysayers predicting Chrysler’s demise! Not only has FIAT approved funding for brand enhancement and innovation, products are being upgraded in real-time. I applaud the cooperation and attention to customer care during this transition period. Now we await the Cadillac vanquisher...

I wish then the 2011 300C will be successeful enough to force GM to reconsider offering a RWD Chevy sedan for more peoples besides the police city/county/state departments, oh well we could wish for it

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300 mule spotted

here's another shot of the featured mule I took earlier today. It's alittle further away than leftlanes pics but this one has been sitting out there for awhile and I finally had the right conditions for a decent shot. Believe it or not these mules (like most chrysler products) are very reclusive so seeing them out on the road is not a frequent occurrence. I'll try and go in for a closer look tommorow since it seems that the adjacent lot in question is a public lot and not a private one

at first glance it looks like an old 300 SRT mule (maybe that's why it's been undetected for so long) The lights do seem the same as the ones on the current model so at best there's probably a new grille on there right now. That lot in question is adjacent to Chryslers climate testing lab so It might be in that part of CTC undergoing some sort of heat or weather testing. And It has been sitting out there for a long time (about three months or so) so I'd give the boys in the camo department a few extra pennies for doing a good job of making it like an old SRT tester

and here are some shots of a Left hand drive Abarth Essence tester i saw at the chrysler museum enjoy

It will show Cadillac a direction any company must decide to meet or to exceed the customer's requirements. I asked for a 7 speed automatic transmission for the 2011 Dodge Challenger, now it appears it will have an 8 speed. The HEMI engine will be upgraded to 6.4 liters w Fiat MULTI-AIR technology 440-500 HP! The FIAT 500 will be coming to the US market! It is so exciting, all from a company that was so close to the brink, but before it failed it's CEO Nardelli worked and completed a partnership agreement with FIAT.

GM is still old culture locked and burning cash so fast I don't see how anything can change in enough time to turn it around. If this is the case I will be saddened but understand the reasons companies fail: atrophy, arrogance and denial.

Re: 2011 Chrysler 300 mule spotted

The article says that this car most likely is the new(2011) front end grafted to the current body... This is true for most mules. They rarely do much full bodied testing near the public before the car is officially revealed...
