Contest #96: Results
The entries could all be found here:
Contest #96: Voting! - Voting Over Complete breakdown of results: ![]() Although entry E came in 2nd place, it was submitted by a non-member. Since membership is free and easy, I want to encourage people to join. So I will acknowledge entry E in the list above, it will is disqualified, and does not make the top 3. I would also like to repeat my comment on entry D, that we are trying to keep semblance of the original picture when chopping. So the winners are: Botsapper repeats with 1st! ![]() Rex Raider grabs 2nd Place ![]() Ford Rules takes 3rd Place ![]() Congrats to the winners! Thanks for voting!

Re: Current Contest #96: Results
Congratulations to everybody, especially the (actual) op three
![]() Somehow it seems that the level of the contest is alternating - contests with uneven numbers are stuffed with great entries, while contests with even numbers are only moderatley competitive. Wrong weeks or what? |

Re: Current Contest #96: Results
First, Rex et d'autres, pardonnez-moi for the most un-Rainer pic. Will restrain...mods....next...time.
Second, everyone, thanx for the votes. Can't hep staring at an old-school body box & heavy plastic cladding. Used FX greenhouse & Velite side body, grille and golden color for a more contemporary look. Till next. |

Re: Current Contest #96: Results
although i can now see that you did in fact make good changes (instead of pasting the nose onto the FX), i think you should try to not change as much. that way we can actually tell how good it id.

Re: Current Contest #96: Results
Glad you can see the donors. I enjoy practicing PS here. I really don't have much time to work on 'em.
Some of the guys are more technically astute. So I try to push more into the car design forms. Sometimes I don't get inspired by some of the bland samples so I will always gnarl & twist 'em (maybe too much) into something that's a tad more fun to look at. |
