Interior is from the Buick Riviera concept shown this year (and last year in China).

Re: Current Contest #185: Results & Discussion
It was a really good contest.
I'm interested though, to see the the designs that most succeeded also happened to be the ones that exagerrated the angular Cadillac styling while those that were dramatically different (most notably entry E, which was also quite believable) didn't fare so well.. ..my entry (B, the red twelve gilled - six either side - coupe) also had the misfortune of being too similar to the XLR concept of which I hadn't seen until after I entered .But even though I did a ****load of tweaking on that car it's evident that the majority of it's failure came from poor photoshopping skills. I didn't like the angular styling of the CTS Coupe until you guys proved it to be decent with your badass looking chops. I was going to name the things I liked on various cars, but there are quite a few honestly. Fair more good than bad. |

Re: Current Contest #185: Results & Discussion
For my entry "E", I really tried to go with a realisitic "production" version of the car.
Most people in these contests like "over the top" type entries, which is why my H beat my E.

Wow ... Rex has been the michael schumacher till this point, but has proved to be human, not some sort of cool looking car producing computer (although still close). Nevertheless this was a great comp, hope we see this number of entries and even more in the near future.

Re: Current Contest #185: Results & Discussion
I just realized the gray car extended the front wheels and fender length to make it look less like a FWD car. That looks great.. Much better that the production look it will actually have.
