What is the valve lash on a 5.3 vortec motor?

hello, I have a 5.3 vortec and I want to replace the valve seals on it, but I don't know what to set the rockers to. It has stock rockers, I think the stock rockers are roller (not sure), so what lash do I set them to and how do I set them? Like how many turns?/half turns? and I just press on the new seals right? Another thing is that those motors have the coils on top of the valve covers, so I have to pull the valve cover to adjust the rockers and I don't think i'll be able to check the lash and adjust it when the truck is running because of this. So I'm assuming it's 0 lash, but need to be sure. help please

The LS series of V-8's, you just have to tighten down the rocker nuts to the torque specs and you are done. You don't have to check for lash or anything like with old chevy V-8's.

o nice hey my dad was wondering, on a 6.0 vortec what's a good way to make a lot of power without putting a high lift cam, cuz I showed him one with like 590 lift that made like 550hp, but he doesn't want lift that high, but isn't the way u measure lift on a roller cam different than on a non roller?
