Torque Specs for 3800 Series II Upper & Lower Manifold?

Replacing the lower manifold gasket, plenum gasket, and plenum on my 98 Olds Intrigue.

Does anyone know the torque and sequence for the bolts on the lower manifold and for the upper intake manifold (plenum)? Also, does the throttlebody need torqued or just tightened??

Also, there are two brackets by the lower manifold (small one on front and one large on rear of the engine) that bolt on in between several of the bolts for the lower manifold. I think the rear one helps support the fuel rail. (Can't remember without looking at it)
Do those need torqued to certain specifications and if so, does anybody know what they are??

Make sure you look at it very closely. If I remember correctly it is listed in INCH lbs not FOOT lbs. It's a very light setting and it's very easy to damage the new gasket and or crack the manifold.

Don't forget the Teflon sealant on the threads, it acts as a thread locker.
