Question Roof rack crossbar removal - '05 'Nox

2005 Chevy Equinox LT

How do the crossbars for the roof rack come out? The trim pieces at the very rear of the racks look like they would come off, but didn't want to budge when I tried. Is there a certain place to pry from or am I missing a screw/clip or something?
