Need help rebuilding stock 5.3 ltr vortec

Hey ya'll I got a 2000 chevy silverado, daily driver, that the motor is getting week in. IM running 33" super swampers, and I need something to turn them. It is a daily driver so Im not trying to kill my gas mileage, but also make good horespower to spin the tires. Whats gonna be the best thing for me to do, heads, bore, cam, I really dont know, but im looking for the cheapest and eaisest way. any help is greatley appreciated. Motor has about 110 k miles on it.
