How do you replace the driver's side front side marker light?

On a 2005 Silverado? This is the amber one in front driver's side.

    Thanks,

    Dave

    Remove the headlamp.
Remove the park/turn signal lamp assembly by pushing on the inboard retainer clip.

Thanks but how do you remove the headlamp assembly? Everything seems rather hidden.

Did you read / check your vehicle's owner's manual? Many, many GM manuals have written instructions and illustrations on how to replace exterior bulbs.

    Good luck.

theres a metal "L" shaped pin on top of the headlight- looks like a silver allen key. pull that out. the whole headlight should come right out.

now look down, on the right side of the bay there will be a metal clip (where the chrome bar that goes across the front of your grille is held in place), you dont have to remove that.

below that there is a tall plastic clip- if you follow it you'll see its attached to the bumper light. you have to push that in (towards the outside of the truck), and then pull out.

you're done. snap it all back together to put it back.

    easy.

No tools required, dont over think it, very easy. Pull some retaining rods/pins.
