help with removing silverado oil pan

Can anyone give me a hint as to why I can not remove the oil pan from my '03 silverado? I have removed all of the bolts (5 from each side and to from the bell housing) been all around the edge and can not find any other connecting points, drained the oil, removed the oil filter & dip stick, and the darn thing will not budge.

I usually use a short piece of 2X4 and a big hammer, hit bottom side.
