I have just purchased a 99 P30 Chevy Workhorse with a 350. The problem I am having is the van cranks & runs fine when it is cold, but when the van comes up to operating temp is is hard to start. The starter spins & spins the motor over and when it does light it smells like it is running fat.

Re: 99 350 Vortec Hot Hard Start
I'd replace the fuel pressure regulator and go from there...
