93 chev problem.
Just got my self a 93 chevy 1500 W/T pick automatic up today, And first thing i noticed about the truck when i was driving home was, When i'm driving normal and feel the need to stomp the pedal to the floor is goes for a little bit but then once it hits a certain spot it just bogs down and wont go any further. BUt then once i left the pedal it eases up a little bit and takes a little bit for it to notice oh he is done hot roding me and acts like no problem from there, My guess is it could be a clogged injector or possibly a clogged fuel filter. The air filter is dirty i know ill need to change that asap but in the mean time just trying to get some idea's on what to do to fix the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: 93 chev problem.
Sounds like it might be a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) problem.

Re: 93 chev problem.
Inspect the distributor mainshaft & pickup coil...the magnets tend to loosen with age/mileage and cause the timing to go wonky...
It happened on my 55K mileage 1993 Roadmaster...
