2012 Cruze adding Crusie BCM programing

Needing a idea or help for the programing a Bcm. He have a 2012 Cruze that did not have factory cruise from the general. The teck and I have found that all wires and set up is all their. We have even install the factory steering wheel with cruise. Now we have a problem! The general is not letting up have the code for cruise option since it was not factory option, we have loaded another Vin in to the BCM by the Tech2 to try to get around it, however when this is done it, the cruise will work and function. But the radio locks up and a few other options are jacked. So the question is any one know how to program a BCM with the option, and bypass the big boys? Teck line is not wanting to help? or can some point us too or another direction?

Techline is not going to help, and it can't be done. Aftermarket is the only way to go.

Unless I heard our GM accessories rep at work wrong the other day, I believe she metioned something about a GM accessory cruise control for the Cruze. Again, I may have heard her wrong but if it is on the way, and if I owned a non-cruise Cruze, it might be worth it. I will try and double check monday.

Still find it amazing that in 2011 GM offers a model (LS) that cruise control is not even optional.

Go aftermarket, an Audiovox kit if you can find one, hooked up to the gas pedal.

Can't it just be turned on with a Tech 2 though?

    This is totally amazing.
The car is built to handle the cruise option and GM will not support it.
Simple steering wheel swap and PCM flash and cruise control does work.
Hello GM, what are you thinking by not offering it?
Other than making people spend and extra 1800 to get cruise that is....

Options are all about money, buy with it, or do without.

Point is you can't buy a LS with cruise control. It is not even optional.
As I've stated many times before if you want a base car and only want cruise it will cost you about $1800 to upgrade to a 1LT.
Yes you get the 1.4T, alloy wheels etc but it forces you to spend alot more just to get cruise.

It sucks but it's what happens when you go the cheap route. It should be an option but the base Cruze is basic. It's why I always buy the options I want even if I have to spend more money up front to save the headache later on.
Just that time again to ignore certain people. I'm certain they will continue to try and instigate and antagonize while throwing up their arms saying they did nothing but are here on a civil basis. Not worth the time seeing how some just seem to know all.

To get a 6 CD changer, I had to take a sun roof, never use it.

The worst is that if the throttle is by wire, there isn't even any extra parts like before (e.g. cruise motor), it is all just software...

Just like if I want heated power mirrors like our LS Blazer I have to check the LTZ option.
Lots of unnecessary fluff in that package that we don't want/need just to get a safety feature for the northern snow belt.
    This bundling is annoying.
