Question 2001 silhouette front end vibration while under torque

Please help me diagnose this problem. My 2001 Van front passenger side vibrates when I accelerate at any speed but goes away when I let up on the gas...I also notice that the vibration is worse with a heavier person sitting in the passenger seat and almost undetectable when by myself.....I am also hearing a grinding sound when I back out of my driveway when I turn the steering wheel....probably not related though...please help if you can..Thanks

My sister had a grinding noise when turning the steering wheel on her Town and Country and it ended up being the steering rack. Not sure if that would be related to the vibration or not. I don't think she had a vibration issue with it.

wheel bearing, cv joint, or loose lug nuts. Put the van on a hoist and have the front end shaken down. ANY tire brake and muffler shop will do this and give you a printed estimate of what parts you'll probably need, all in hopes that you'll give them the bussiness. good luck.
