TaHoE's 2002 Olds Aurora 3.5 - MORE PICS
Hey everybody. I just washed, waxed, and rewaxed the Aurora on Sunday, and what do you know? Monday, Tuesday, and Today is all rainy. Well, I was able to take pictures, but yet again, my attempts at taking pictures of my new car with a washed coat are foiled yet again. Anyway, here are some more pics, and well as full specs:
2002 Oldsmobile Aurora Sedan 3.5 Liter Twin Cam V6 Engine 4-Speed Automatic Transmission Exterior: Cappuccino Interior: Neutral Leather EPA City: 18 EPA Hwy: 27 Observed Mileage: 18.7 Standard Equipment: | Safety | Driver & Front Passenger, Frontal and Side-Impact Air Bags OnStar Communcations System Antilock 4-Wheel Disc Brakes Daytime Running Lamps Front and Rear Fog Lamps Electronic Cruise Control Electric Rear Window Defogger Remote Keyless Entry w/ Power Trunk Release | Mechanical | 3.5L DOHC 24-Valve V6 Engine w/ 215HP and 230lb/ft torque 4-Speed Automatic Transmission with electronic Controls Magnasteer Speed Sensitive Steering 4-Wheel independent suspension with Automatic Leveling 16" Alluminum Wheels P225/60R16 Tires Battery Rundown Protection Tire Inflation Monitor | Comfort & Convenience | AM/FM/CD w/ Cassette with Six Speakers Automatic Climate Control with Outside Temp display Driver/Passenger Illuminated Visor Mirrors Driver Information System Power Outside Mirrors with Memory and Heated Defogger Leather Wrapped tilt steering wheel with Audio & Climate Controls Rear Seat Pass-Tru to Trunk Trunk Cargo Net Air Filtration System Frong and Rear Floor Mats Delayed "Theatre Style" Illuminated Entry and Exit | Other Items Included | Chrome Dual Exhaust Tips LATCH Attachements Electrochromatic Mirror Optional Equipment: Convenience Group - Includes Memory Seat & Outisde Mirror Controls, Universal Garage Door Opener, Auto Moisture-Sensitive Windshield Wipers & Electrochromatic Mirror with Compass. Cost when new: $565.00 Passenger Comfort Package - Includes Eight-Way power passenger seat with power lumbar adjust. Rear storage armrest and dual zone HVAC system with rear air outlet, Driver/Passenger Heated Front seats. Cost when new: $345.00 50-State Low Emission Vehicle- $0.00 Standard Vehicle Price (When New) $30,805 Options (When New): $1,350 Destination Charge: $670.00 Total Purchase Price (When new): $32,825 Current Estimated Value: ~$12,000 Purchase Price: $10,200 ...and now for the Pictures: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have to say, I absolutely love the wheels, much more than the optional chrome ones actually. I also love the fact that the trunk and rear of the car look so small, while the trunk is actually HUGE! I am really considering getting a slight tint to the windows. Nothing severe, just a slight tint, and perhaps ugrading the DRLs. I do have this strange noise coming from the back whenever I go over small tiny potholes in the road, it sounds slightly metallic, but other than that, with all of the problems fixed, this car is am amazing value, and great fun to drive and easily the best looking G-Body GM ever made.

Very nice car Tahoe! Its a beaut, and it seems to be in great condition. Kinda weird about the hood logo though. Iv always been a fan of this car for its looks, it seems to european.

Xeper (and whomever else is interested), here are some of the original pics (parked behind my Tahoe), including interior shots. The interior just got super dirty due to all the dirt, so I wouldn't take pictures of it just yet.

Hey great shots! She is a beauty.
I've toyed with the idea of buying an nice inexpensive near luxury 4 door and the Aurora always comes to the top of the list. I love that car. My wife and some friends went to Post. Very nice campus. Weird thing about the hood emblem. I wonder if the hood was damaged and repaired?

Re: TaHoE's 2002 Olds Aurora 3.5 - MORE PICS
Nice car Tahoe. My Ma had a 2001 with the 3.5, same color, before the Accord. She ADORED that car. She still talks about how much she loved it and misses it, even with it being quite a bit problematic for her, which is why she got the Accord. We really did enjoy the car a lot, though. It was the car I started to drive in. Felt like I could drive anything after mastering that beast, haha.
