Ouch!

So as you all know we have been getting a garage addition. My father asked the neighbor if he could park in their driveway (since they usually only use one side.) Well his car has been there about a week, and this morning BAD THINGS happened.

The lady who lives next door backed out her new Ford Edge and did this to his Z4:

It looks like this up close:

Lets just say he was not happy.

I looked up online and it LOOKS like the rear quarter panels are not part of the frame (and are panel pieces like the fenders). So it looks like a new quarter panel will fix it. White shouldn't be too hard to paint match. But still, very upsetting.

She wasn't on the phone. She is just that bad of a driver, I've seen her back out before. She starts up in the left spot in the garage and ends up running over the grass a little on the right side of the bottom of the driveway.

Re: Ouch!

Just patch it with some $100 bills you got laying around and everything will be fine.

Then why did your dad borrow part of her driveway? I guess you're happy Michigan is no fault right about now. Broad collision = no deductible for this.

Re: Ouch!

Jeez man, that looks bad.

I noticed you live in Troy; you should go to FBR (Fischer Body Refinishing) on Maplelawn in the Motor Mall. They did a pretty good job on my car when it needed work. See Brandon, really nice guy. Good luck man.

Bingo! Tell your dad to trade it in on a Sky RedLine to match his VUE!

My dad didn't know, and I neglected to tell him. Slipped my mind really.
