Re: Oops I did it again another New GM

Wife and I are doing paperwork to purchase fourth new Chevy in 16 months. We have sold two of them already and will be getting a new Suburban that stickers for over $55K for $12K off. Rebate is $6K, Dealer discount is over $4K, Goodwrench coupon for $750, 60 day deal worth $500, GM Card earnings of $633. We are having it shipped from Wisconsin to MichiGONE where no dealer wanted to give us a deal until AFTER we committed to this one and now a local dealer wants to sell a Hybrid and Momma wants it but they only offered less than three grand off until I mentioned we were buying another for $12K off. Too bad we cannot swing the Yukon XL Hybrid, too..........

Hmmmm, of all the cars out there right now that are reasonably priced and 2 doors, this is my favorite, and though I am not really in the market now I am debating the manual vs auto and 6 vs 8 choices, Kendall Chevrolet has reallly pretty aqua blue RS with a sunroof and an automatic for about $28K, though they have a bright red base LS with a 6 speed manual for about $23K.

Re: Oops I did it again another New GM

A month or so later, how's it been?

All of a sudden, we are/were seriously driving, dealing, and shopping for the same car, give or take an option, to replace our '08 Malibu and can't get enough of them now, seriously. Momma wants some power, and now that she's experienced a DI 3.6L and RWD after 2 years with a FWD 2.4L (fun test drive start...in the lot..."woo...hah. Not used to throttle response!"), she really wants it. Just have to pay for it, which is the part she doesn't like vs. her current Malibu, alas.

I know Zeta well from my G8...though it was interesting to see how different the 2 cars are, finally, on the road & just in general everything. And also similar in the same ways
