New (used) Buick in the family.

I had a real honey of a car traded in the other day. It is a Buick Century 2000 and it is beautiful. Leather looks like it was never sat on, paint is in good shape and the 3100 purrs.

I drove it from Farmington Hills yesterday to Flint to show my Aunt who has been bothering me for a Buick for 2 months now and when I saw this I could not let her pass it up. Anyway... I got at least 30 mpg on the highway with the cruise set at 75 mph. When I dropped it off she fell in love and wrote the store a check right there.

So I brought it back to the shop and we just finished changing the trans fluid & filter. Plugs, wires and an injector cleaning is to come later (closer to a 100K) and I'll be dropping it off tomorrow afternoon so she can sign her paperwork.

Re: New (used) Buick in the family.

Congrats to your aunt. Century Buick (dealership) has done well in Huntsville, AL. I see plenty of Centurys and Regals on the road around here. Many are driven by younger people as they are on there second owners/ hand me down cars.

A white Century with leather and the right tires looks pretty good.

Regals are better in black. To me anyway.
