The new guy's Blazer
Well after coming to this site for a while, I figured I would join. I'm a GM boy tride and true so I might as well associate with other like me. Any ways here is my truck, a 2003 Blazer.
Mods: Suspension: 3 inch Beltech drop on top of the Xtreme suspension giving the truck about a 5 inch drop from the stock Blazer. I put 2 inch spindels, 3 inch coils, 3 inch blocks, and Nitro Active shocks on the truck. Exterior: Black halo projector headlights with bi-Xenon bulbs, black euro corners, carbon fiber euro tails with LED bulbs, billet front bowtie, and a billet shorty atenna Interior: Decent sound sytem. Panasonic 60X4W headunit, Alpine Type-S 6x9's and 6.5's, and a 10" Infinity Basslink sub with attached amp. Performance: K&N drop in fliter , and Michilen Hydroedge tires. It's meant to cruise not be fast. Here it is, I thumbnailed them because they are kind big. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Re: The new guy's Blazer
Wow JoeD, that's an awesome Blazer! Welcome to GMI! I'm really liking your first picture a lot, the angles are just right on the photograph, good stuff.
Question about the Belltech spindles and coils..... How is the ride quality with the Belltech equipment? Is there a major noticeable difference between that and stock? What is the steering like? Thanks in advance.

Man that looks awesome! The dark side window tint looks great with the black paint. Are those stock rims? They look amazing too. I didn't even know an Extreme Blazer was ever built... thought it was just the S-10! Looks like you did some nice work to it. Good job, and welcome to GMi! Guys of your ilk are always extra-welcome! You should post some pics of the Ion too!

The steering is good, the Xtreme have a quick ratio steering box on them. But I do get wheel rub when I make sharpe turns into parking spots. But you just gotta adjust. Quote:
The Xtreme Blazer is a lot less known then the S-10 Xtreme. I'll put some more pictures of my buddies Ion too. |
