Re: DuSpinnst's Corvette

Man.......your car gives more energy to the random thoughts I've had of saving for/buying a black on black C4 and turning it into a beast......

Looking great there.....now all you need is some time to go down to Bowling Green

Re: DuSpinnst's Corvette

After 4 hours of toil, I got the new Sway Bars on.

Car feels much better in the corners. I didn't get any pics because I was so happy to just be done at the end.

Re: DuSpinnst's Corvette

I need new sway bars for the Envoy...if it really takes four hours, I think I'll just get the dealer to do it, to hell with no warranty.

On a higher car it may be easier to change them, as you have more ground clearance.

Before I started working on the car I snapped a few pictures, I'll grab more tomorrow. So enjoy!
Very, very nice.. I would be very proud to own that car.. I've always loved Vettes.. They're my favorite American car...

Re: DuSpinnst's Corvette

Bought the aftermarket underhood liner from GM, which has a space for the underhood lamp that I bought (also from GM). The liner was $200 though!

Re: DuSpinnst's Corvette

I am on a buying lull (need money for other things like class this fall), but I really want to buy the RPI Design's painted Fuel Rail Cover so when you pop the hood the top of the engine matches my paint!

So eventually that will get put on.

WHAT - COME ON - You haven't bought a new car in over a month, and Chryslers 36% dip sure indicates that ............. or is that what has you worried????

You save too much anyway, buy some more stuff for your Vette or Jeep or even for one of your dad's cars .......... don't forget to tell us ALL ABOUT IT!
