Awesome car! I like the trunk lid without the Bowtie too, hope no one gets mad at me for that. The interior looks mint! Congrats on a great car.

Very sharp! Like the tinted windows. There is one at a local dealer and I can not believe they have not sold it yet. The SS has a lot more pressence on the road, the wheels really set it appart. I think it was really smart that GM launched it at the same time rather than have the media complain about the basic Impala and then launch the SS a year or two later.

I've definitely got nothing against owning a Chevy, but that monster emblem had to go! I've got to find some black exterior-grade vinyl to cover the front with, b/c it really stands out on a black car and needs to blend better.

(Believe it or not, i don't think i have a straight-on shot of the front)

Thanks for the compliments, guys. Here's a better shot of the rear end, without the reflection. I think i want to tint the 3rd brakelight as well...maybe even smoke the taillights (?)

Re: Black on Black Impala SS Interior

I love it. Black on black has got to be the best color combination for the Impala.

I am with you on the logo. Maybe it would look better in silver? Blacked out is cool though.

Re: Black on Black Impala SS Interior

Love the combo, but it wouldn't work where I live. The black on black would just make the car way to darn hot in the summer, which seems to have streched into winter. It is supposed to be 80+ tomorrow. Normally we would be in the low60's-high 50's.

Sweet. I noticed that it's got red guages, I thought only Pontiac had those?

Re: Black on Black Impala SS Interior

It's so cool how black makes any car look good, these things look great in black espically with matching black interior. Black on Black whoops booty.A friend has a black on black 95 mustang GT, looks KILLER. Old gtp's black on black looked awesome also

The gauges look orange rather then red.

Just make sure you get it properly detailed b/c black if not taken care of looks horrible, swirl marks, scratches, everything shows up like a sore thumb.
