92 Tempo V6
my brother in law gave this to me for free in really great condition. its a GL with the V6 and a 3 speed. the paint is kinda scratched up and there was a rust hole in the trunck lid but i have taken care of that. i also did work to the exhaust (dont worry its not ricer sized)
here are some pics. ![]() here is where i bondoed and repainted the trunk lid ( the pin striping was already coming off before i painted it) ![]()

Re: 92 Tempo V6
Cool man! Sounds silly... but I actually really like those taillights! Something about the way they curve (as seen from the side) made them look SO MUCH better than the previous generations taillights. The torque from the V6 should make the automatic more likeable than with the 4 cylinder... that was a poor match-up. I think it'd look great if you tinted the windows as dark as possible and then painted the C pillar black. It'd sorta give it a 'mini-esque' floating roof look!

Re: 92 Tempo V6
Looks very good for being a 92. If this is your first car it a better car to start out on than a Camaro. My little brother will be driving in a few years and although he wants his first car to be a Camaro I think he should start out with something a little less powerful for a year or so.

Re: 92 Tempo V6
I am hoping to get whatever my father is driving at the time I need a car. At least thats what he promised me. Looks like I might have a DTS if I am lucky. Nice Chris, for a free car anyway. I guess its better than your feet!

Re: 92 Tempo V6
Are you six feet though??? I am just guessing. I might inherit my moms car. My dad wants to get himself a DTS now, and a Corvette Z06 for his 50th B-day, he promised himself he would. My mom is going to get the new Tahoe LT when it comes out. My parents really like it. We were debating on the new Tahoe, or a new STS. The Tahoe is more practical for now.
