Hilarious: Alanis sings "My Humps"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W91sqAs-_-g

This is one of the funniest spoofs I've seen since the SNL/Justin Timberlake video, "**** in a Box." Morrissette does the "sensitive acoustic" angle, and has a bunch of zany dudes playing along.

It gives you a chance to really take in the genius of the songwriter and the original artist.

I like Alanis.
I like Fergie.
It's all good from what I see. A parody of a parody.

I've seen it so many times and I still get a huge laugh out of it. I love how clear and slow the words sound which makes it sound so funny when Alanis is making the song sound so serious.

Re: Hilarious: Alanis sings "My Humps"

I thought the idea sounded stupid when I heard about it, but loved it after I watched the video. I don't know how she kept a straight face while doing it though... I hadn't realised just how stupid the lyrics are.

Re: Hilarious: Alanis sings "My Humps"

Alanis's vocal talent and the uber-hammy dudes make it dumber and funnier each time I watch this.

I never thought of Morrisette as sexy; maybe it's the fact that she's probably had more hot girlfriends than me. After seeing this, though, she can say "I don't know," with me anytime.

Hopefully somebody gets that.
