Highway Sewer blows sky high!

It's hard to imagine how much water came out of what looks like to be a jumbo man-hole.

I feel sorry for the poor guy who first had the hood of his truck smashed by the gigantic "manhole" cover, and then gets soaked to the bone by who knows what when he is trying to take pictures of the damage. Just not his night.
