Re: GMI Exclusive: Camaro Monza Caught!

Ya know, even if this is an April Fool, that's not a bad looking car.

In fact, this photo does look doctored.

I generally agree, but somebody will start lobbying to make this a Pontiac and insist on the Monza name. They can the new Pontiac Monza next to the new G8 ST El Camino. We can change the G6 to the Pontiac Biscayne and make Pontiac the first ever "living in the Past" brand.

Hey it would still be more fun then Scions "Coffee Can Muffler" demographic.

I think it's a good idea but I'm sure it will never equal what Toyota and Honda have done or will do in the future.

Now add on 2 more doors and well be talking. There is now way I could consider a pony car without 4 doors.

I wouldn't admit to that. Oh wait, does that mean your hood's all dented up?

They ruined the headlights, I'm not interested unless it has flash to pass and blue tooth standard.

If it had 4 doors it wouldn't BE a Pony Car.

I currently drive a 4 door vehicle, and hope to never own another. I hate sedans.

Thats my point, just like it having only 4 cylinders. Im not against 4 cylinder performance cars, just call it something other than a Camaro.

Fact. It's a composite actually. Corvettes have a single transverse leaf, first-gen F-bodies had parallel leaf springs (optional). The F-body's were a mono leaf, not sure what they were made from
