First 2010 Camaro Crime

You all remember Jim (aka Number 3) who gave me a ride in Scott Settlemire's CTF 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS?

Well, here's his own CTF Camaro 1LT...minus the wheels and tires.

B*stards stole the tires and 18 inch wheels during the night...stole a Land Rover's wheels the same night as well...

Re: First 2010 Camaro Crime

He couldn't get it jacked up and put new wheels on? I'd cry if mine got dragged up on a flatbed. It amazes me what the scum on this earth will do. Couldn't even put it on blocks!!

Re: First 2010 Camaro Crime

I feel for him. After a bad storm one night 2 years ago me, about about others with Civic EX's, work up to our wheels and tires gone. These guys did this in a few towns, and were later known as, "The Pit Crew"

However, they were nice enough to sit our cars on Pepsi crates...rather than the ground..ouch.

The chances of tracking a car is much higher than wheels. Especially if the person doesn't know much about electronics.

The guy who stole them could easily sell them on the market for a total of $3k

Ok, I see the dollies in the back but nothing up front. Please tell me they didn't drag the front of the car onto the rollback.

Re: First 2010 Camaro Crime

Did sitting like that damage the suspension/brakes? I don't even know how you'd take the wheels off and get a car to sit like that.

Yeah, I'm not sure how you would get your jack out from under the car when you lower it, but I guess it can be done somehow.
