The actor's name is Cuneyt Arkin, and he's been in every movie ever produced in Turkey, including one adult film.

He is best known for his role in The Man Who Saved The World, better known as "Turkish Star Wars." Watch this clip of the final battle scene and you'll know why it's called that.
