Wink Re: Exclusive: BOB LUTZ RETIRES!

With Lutz gone we won't have to worry about him taking the coinholders out of Impalas or the making airbags a $300 option, or any other content creep
issues that need to be addressed by deletions.
Oh wait, that was 2003.

Hehe! Very good...

Funnily enough, my first thought apart from the entire GM thing all over the world was who would replace him and would he can the BLS?!

Ah well, it amused me for a few seconds.

Dealers, burghers, and notaries? that's hilarious!

Re: Exclusive: BOB LUTZ RETIRES!

I think this will really open up the creative juices at GM by not having Lutz there anymore. After all he is connected with the failed Chrysler Group after all...I think we can get better looking cars from a Chief Product and Design Committee for North American then from just one person, who developed such unlikable cars like the Sky. Why would he name a car after the sky, come on I would have named it "The Ballsnator" or "Pinto".... The new committee should restore GM to its glory days of the Roger Smith time. HE modernized GM way ahead of its time...
