I think it's a cute little car from the front, but you're right about it being nothing more than an enclosed golf car on steroids.
The Mitsubishi i-EV is a much better electric car, but it's still limited to 100 miles range. Hopefully Phoenix Motorcars can deliver on their promises with their rapid-charge EV trucks. Still though, you can't beat the NiMH EV1 for a practical EV. Pity they handled it the way they did. |

100 miles is not bad to be honest. The big problem is the other electrical consumers... figure being stuck in traffic (no speed), in winter (heater), snowstorm (wipers), at night (lights)... you start at 50 miles but run out of juice after going 20. Perhaps we will see an uptick in the number of people who attend church
