Re: My review: 2009 Smart ForTwo Passion Coupe

A friend back in Canada has the turbo-diesel version. I took it out for a short spin, and thought it had decent get-up-and-go. If they had brought that one to the US, I would've considered one for a city car.

The diesel Smart cars were very popular when they were available. They are very valuable vehicles and have barely lost any value. I've seen used 2006 Smart diesel on sale for as much as $20,000CAD. The average price on CanadaTrader in my area is $16,000 to $17,000CAD. That is pretty good for a vehicle that was around $19,000CAD when new.

Helllll no. I saw these on the I270 the other day and imagined what it'll be like when it comes across something bigger.

McLaren F1 inventor Gordon Murray is using the same seat layout for its "smaller than the Smart Fortwo" T25 car (the green one in the middle).

It's a fun car, I drove one before and I thought it was fine.
