What you have to remember is (and this isn't directed at you, but in general): When a customer comes to a dealership and sees, say, the sales manager, ripping it down the street, well they tend complain like all hell just broke loose and swear to never do business with the company again. I can't blame them to be honest. Just be careful is all I'm saying. As for the customers doing it - well some will always be retarded but if the salesman/woman let's them do it on the test drive...well it's out of everyone's hands (unfortunately). This review thread is going in the wrong direction now, so let's get this back to the car. And yes, USB is an option. Roughly a $106 option on the invoice (but I'm looking at a G5 GT's as I type this). Last edited by Hollywood : 10-01-2008 at 06:24 PM. |

Re: 2009 Cobalt SS Turbo...short drive and write
Update...
Someone on here asked if the SS cobalt has 'comp' mode. I figured it was more forhte Auto, then the 5 gear...however, I went for another drive anddid some more reading.. It does have comp mode...the biggest diff is it has a feature called 'lauch control' allows you to stand on the throttle and The rev limiter will bounce off the 4500-5000 RPM and not over rev, then lift your foot and I quote from the book 'smooth but fast' to insure a no spin fast takeoff....Also of note it only allows 1 second to get you 'no lift shift' done as well. so Like I said before you have to be FAST.
